Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Available shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [5-10 days].
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within [3-5days].
- These are based off of Canada Post

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

We ship internationally to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ransomgames.a within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged packages, include photos of the packaging and items to help us resolve the issue quickly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Ransom Games is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you offer local pickup:

Local pickup is available at 11 superior ave, Etobicoke ON. Canada.
Orders will be ready for pickup within 3 days and customers will be notified when their order is ready.
