Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition:
- Sealed products must remain unopened and undamaged.
- Singles are FINAL SALE and we do not offer refunds on loose cards.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Mystery boxes, custom products, or items marked as final sale and TCG singles.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@ransomgames.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us (PLEASE NOTE AT THIS TIME return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part).
- We can accomodate in-person returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return, issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
