Ransom Games Return Policy

At Ransom Games, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition:
  • Sealed products must remain unopened and undamaged. 
    • Singles are FINAL SALE and we do not offer refunds on loose cards.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Mystery boxes, custom products, or items marked as final sale and TCG singles.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at info@ransomgames.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us (PLEASE NOTE AT THIS TIME return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part).
3. We can accomodate in-person returns.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return, issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

When will my order ship?
Orders that include pre-order items will ship only after all items in the order are available.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, we can arrange this for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us to request split shipping.

❌ Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Trading Card Game sealed products and Sports Card products are subject to a 15% processing fee based on the value of the cancelled item(s).

📅 Release & Availability

A product is considered officially released once the term “Pre-Order” is removed from its product title.

Please note:

• Release dates may change due to publishing errors, distribution delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Pre-order availability and timelines are subject to change beyond our control.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
